Body Wellness: Day 3

FOOD: 12 oz of spiced chai with whipped cream, 16 oz skim milk, poached egg on 1/2 cin. raisin bagel, string cheese, 1 cup water, 1/2 cups each of blueberries, non-fat yogurt, Fiber One, 2 cups of water, 1 Jolly Ranger candy, sauteed squash, broccoli, and onions, grilled cheese sandwich, 4 Jolly Ranchers, 3/4 cup french vanilla ice cream with whipped cream and 1 tsp caramal sauce

EXERCISE:
Bicycling during errands to Post office, Bi-Mart, Carmike Cinema and back home (about 1 1/2 hours)
