EATING: coffee cake, jasmine tea (at Nourieh's - what can I say? She pushes food on me); hot pastrami sandwich (Togo's), two strips of dried mango, 8 oz orange julius, two servings Beef Bourgignon with boiled potatoes, 64 oz of water

EXERCISE: blackberry picking, 1 hour walk with Kim

Body Wellness: Day 13

EATING: 1/2 cup fiber one, yogurt, blackberries; beef bourgignon with boiled potatoes, squash, brocolli, and green beans, blizzard

EXERCISE: on my feet for hours cooking French cuisine!
