Body Wellness: Day 5

FOOD: tea and milk (1/2 cup), sweetened with sweetened condensed milk. 16 oz milk, 8 oz raspberry lemonade, steak, 8 Jolly Ranchers, 3 oz chocolate chip cookie, 1 TB peanut butter with raisins, .375 ounce dark chocolate, blueberry sip (1 cup yogurt, 1 cup blueberries), 3 cups, pea soup

UGH. Did not keep track today due to lack of sleep last night. NOT a good day

EXERCISE: 30 minutes walk around golf course, 65 minutes of elliptical.
