Eating: 16 oz milk with whipped cream, 3 string cheeses, honey wheat berry toast with Smart BalanceWalla Walla Sweet Onion Rings (5) with honey mustard sauce, Wild Blackberry Shake with Whipped Cream, Kit Kat, salad with string cheese and turkey ham and light raspberry vineagrette dressing, orange.

Exercise: Walking in the Heirloom Rose Garden for 2 hours.
