Body Wellness: Day 12

EATING:

2 Cups of Lady Grey with a little milk and sweetner (non-caloric)
2 Cups of White/Green tea pomegranate
Steal Cut Oats with smart balance and cheese
Spiced Chai
salad with broc, tomatoes, string cheese, and turkey ham, rasp. vin. dressing
string cheese
3 PM AND I AM DOING GREAT!!!!! Hold on through the munchie time. Carol! You can do it!

EXERCISE:

Hill Walk - 45 minutes with Michelle
