52 in 52 Week 45: House Made of Dawn by N. Scott Momaday

I didn't really care for this book. It had some beautiful writing. I see this authors strength as a poet, but there is not enough prose in the book to really understand what is going on and the point of it all. Sort of a jumbled mess.

It did give me a heart for the plight of Native Americans. I wouldn't recommend this book, and I cannot understand why it would be a Pulitzer Prize winning novel.
