HIS WORDS
These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life. This is the confidence which we have before Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests which we have asked from Him.
MY WORDS
I have written this book about Jesus Christ in order that you who put your full confidence and trust in Him as the one and only Son of God may be fully assured. And in that full assurance You may be bold and free before God as you ask according to His will. We know that when we do that, He HEARS us in whatever we ask, we know that we have what we have asked.
I WILL
BOLDLY ask for a change of heart and mind about YOU in my beloved friends because 2 Peter 3:9 says, "The Lord isn't slow to do what he promised, as some people think. Rather, he is patient for your sake. He doesn't want to destroy anyone but wants all people to have an opportunity to turn to him and change the way they think and act." (GOD'S WORD Translation).
