Worth Celebrating and Celebration of Discipline

I totally forgot to review this book last year. It was read in tandem with Celebration of Discipline (I think this is my fifth time reading it. So, I am including it in the title but you can CLICK HERE for other times I reviewed it.)

This book tracks the journey of Richard Foster's classic book on the disciplines. It was lovely to read. I read  it right after he wrote it. So, I feel like I was part of this journey.

I loved reading more about Richard's life story. He is a REAL DEAL follower of Jesus and not in it for the glory and fame.

His book is the FATHER of them all. I love Sacred Rhythms because it is from a woman's perspective and I love Practicing the Way because it is written for a younger generation, but Richard's book was the FIRST! :)
