I woke up fairly early this morning. So, before I launch into Bible study of Psalm 42, I want to record how thankful I am for the many blessings in my life. . .
I am SO thankful for a brother-in-law that said, "Supermans"! (See previous post) This led me to Pilates five weeks ago, and my back is transformed. I sit here at the desk typing with absolutely no pain or discomfort. Since my injury, I have always had a bit of pain or discomfort.
I am thankful for a husband who understands my need to watch the UARS satellite come to earth rather than have an indoor date.
Thankful for the synergistic union we have with the Mandate people. I think it will be great.
Thankful for some really neat people that sit in my living room on Wednesday nights and share what they are learning from their Gospel stories and love to talk about Jesus. :)
Thankful for two kids that like being with us, going out to dinner, talking about whatever, love learning, and think it is cool to track a UARS satellite through space.
"What makes the desert beautiful is that somewhere it hides a well" (The Little Prince by de Saint-Exupéry). One woman's journey to wellness through a well-adjusted heart, well-watered soul, well-educated mind, and well-tuned body. "Love the Lord your God with all your HEART, and with all your SOUL, and with all your MIND, and with all your STRENGTH" (Mark 12:30-31).
